Andrew Ng is Group Head of Global Financial Markets, where he oversees Fixed Income, Currencies, Commodities and Equity, Investment Banking, DBS Vickers and DBS Digital Exchange. He is also a member of the DBS Group Executive Committee, the Chairman and Director of DBS Bank Taiwan, and Director of DBS Securities (Japan) Company Limited. Shikha Johri is a Managing Director in Financial Services practice at Alvarez and Marsal. Harpreet Bindra joined HSBC in 2018 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer of HSBC Life (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., HSBC's insurance business in Singapore, in September 2023.

Prior to his appointment in Singapore, Harpreet was the Global Head of Strategy and Business Development for HSBC Global Insurance and Partnerships. In this role, he was responsible for strategy and business development for HSBC's life insurance manufacturing operations and insurance partnerships globally.

Harpreet has more than two decades of leadership experience in the insurance and financial services industry. He oversaw regional business development activities in Asia Pacific at Prudential Financial, and was Head of Asia-Pacific Financial Institutions Group at Daiwa Securities Group Inc. At the beginning of his career, Harpreet spent 10 years with ING Group in a diverse set of roles across ING's banking, insurance and asset management businesses, with international assignments in a number of countries across Asia and Europe.

During his professional career, Harpreet has lived and worked in Hong Kong, Singapore, the Netherlands and India.

Harpreet graduated in Business Economics and holds a MBA in Finance and Strategy.

Sharad is the Head for International Personal Bank and is based in Singapore.

He has over 30 years of rich and varied experience in consumer banking and wealth management, having joined as Citi as a Management Associate, and has held Country and Asia Pacific Regional roles over his tenure.

Before his current IPB role that he took over in May 2023, he was the Head of Citi’s Retail Banking Business in India for seven years. After moving back from Singapore as the APAC Regional Citigold Head in 2011 to India, Sharad did his stints as Chief Operating Officer and as Head of Sales & Distribution before he became Retail Bank Head.

He has led large teams to deliver business results, managing strategy, transformation and cross border businesses. From the time he joined Citi India in 1993, he launched several successful business initiatives across Wealth Management, Product and Client Segments, Digital, Client Experience and Innovation.

Sharad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from BITS Pilani, and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.

Willie Chang is the Chief Operating Officer of Alta and heads Alta’s exchange business. He has twenty years of experience spanning fintech, investment banking and management consulting.

Alta has managed over US$30 billion in mandated transactions and completed over US$700 million for private companies and funds. The company is headquartered in Singapore with offices in Malaysia, Indonesia.and India.

Alta strives towards a more inclusive and equitable capital market where opportunities are not limited to a select few but are available to all aspiring investors and entrepreneurs.

Willie is also currently a member of the Digital Financing Subcommittee at the Singapore Fintech Association and contributes actively to educating and promoting best practices in digital financing in the market.

Previously, Willie was the Head of Strategic Planning and Business Development at Mizuho Securities in Singapore and also held management positions at Lehman Brothers and Deloitte Consulting.

He has an MBA with Honours from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Before joining AmMetLife, Rangam held various chief executive roles in Malaysia, where he demonstrated exceptional ability to navigate complex business landscapes and drive sustainable growth. First as Chief Executive Officer for Allianz, before transitioning to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer for Gibraltar. Through his transformational leadership, he has led his companies to recognition in digital advancements and employer branding.

Beyond his professional roles, Rangam has been active in the development of the Life Insurance industry in Malaysia as Vice President of the Life Insurance Association of Malaysia. He is a Fellow of the Malaysian Insurance Institute, a Member of the Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia, and a Global Associate Member of the Singapore Institute of Directors. He currently serves as an independent director for the Malaysian Insurance Institute.

Rangam holds a Master of Management Studies in finance and is an electronics engineer by training.

David spearheads Euromonitor’s consumer finance industry research for Asia Pacific. As the regional market insight manager, he leads the research team working on multiple strategy briefings, collaborating with the multiple leading banks, Big Techs, payment firms, and central banks. His professional interests include Embedded finance, commercial payment, digital banks, digital wallets, AI and so on. He also works with the Euromonitor consulting team to provide customized project support to the clients.

He has more than 15 years working experience, with 10 years plus in market research, and 5 years plus in finance. From 2019 to 2022, he worked in Strategy Team in United Overseas Bank’ Digital Bank. He led in market intelligence and performance tracking, while supporting strategic planning, internal & external communications. He also commissioned external agencies on FinTech scanning, competitor tracking and consumer
research.

When he worked as the global consultant for consumer appliances industry from 2015 to 2019, he developed thought leadership via close engagement with leading manufacturers from East to West, real estate developers, platform companies and so on. His strategy reports in connected appliances ecosystem, retailing, built-in appliances, M&A gained great popularity in the industry. He was invited to give sharing at Deutsche Bank dbAccess conference and Keynote speech at China Electronics & Appliances Enterprises Globalization Summit.

He holds MBA from IE Business School (Spain), and double engineering degrees from Nanyang Technological University (Singapore).

Jackie They is the General Manager of The Dubs Agency in Singapore, where she leads the agency’s strategic expansion across Asia. In this role, Jackie is at the forefront of harnessing The Dubs’ deep financial expertise, result-driven strategies, and cutting-edge technology to address the unique marketing and growth challenges of the finance industry in the region.

With over two decades of experience, Jackie has cultivated a deep knowledge of innovative marketing strategies, performance marketing, creative operations, and new business development, particularly within the financial sector. Her impressive career includes roles as Senior Vice President of Digital Sales and Marketing at Citi (Asia and EMEA), Content Solutions Consultant at LinkedIn, and Head of Content at BBDO.

Jackie has a proven track record of driving impactful campaigns and strategic initiatives for top-tier financial clients, including Citi, DBS, UOB, and Visa. 

Outside of her professional achievements, Jackie is dedicated to giving back to the community. She volunteers her time mentoring disadvantaged teenage girls, helping them take active steps towards realizing their full potential.

Laurent Doucet has over 20 years of professional consulting and industrial experience with an extensive international background having worked out of Europe, North America and for the last 6 years Asia, based in Hong Kong.

His track record includes successful assignments helping both multinational and local clients solve issues related to strategy, transformation, operations, digital, market entry, merger & acquisitions, and private equity investments.

Ashmita Acharya joined HSBC in January 2023 as Head of Wealth and Personal Banking, Singapore.

In her current role, Ashmita has oversight across retail and private banking, as well as asset management and insurance businesses in Singapore. In particular, Ashmita is responsible for the delivery of a market leading wealth management proposition, new mobile-first digital capabilities, and a comprehensive range of investment, insurance, payments and lending solutions that support consumer banking clients’ growth and protection needs.

Prior to joining HSBC, Ashmita has built a 20-year long international banking career with Citibank. Her last held position was Head of Retail Banking, Singapore, where she was responsible for the wealth management and mortgage business growth in the City-State. Throughout her tenure with Citibank, Ashmita has covered Wealth Management Sales, Work Place Banking, Client Experience, Marketing, Consumer Strategy, Client Segments, Small Business Banking and Product Management in India, US and Asia across country, regional and global roles.

She has always tried to deliver results, drive transformational thinking, cultivate innovation, navigate ambiguity and ensure accountability. She consciously strives to bring energy and curiosity to problem-solving and project design, and values the power of relationships as much as the end goal.

Ashmita is passionate about diversity and inclusion, and served as a senior advisor to the Women’s and Diverse Abilities network in Citibank and recently signed up as Executive Sponsor for the Pride Committee in Singapore for HSBC.

Sebastian is a management consultant with more than 18 years of hands-on experience in the Financial Services sector as a banker and consultant in areas including ESG, sustainable finance, risk and regulatory management. He is the Director of the Singapore Office and APAC Sustainability Lead at Aurexia, a FS-focused management consulting firm headquartered in Paris with offices Europe, North-America and a fast-growing presence in Hong Kong and Singapore.

Before joining Aurexia, Sebastian had worked with a Big-4 consulting firm where he delivered projects in Europe, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore and the Southeast Asia region.

Eugenia Koh is Global Head of Sustainable Finance for the Wealth and Retail Banking division at Standard Chartered Bank. In her role, she is responsible for building sustainable finance product capabilities and client engagement tools, and embedding reputational, sustainability and climate risk considerations into governance frameworks and risk management processes to deliver on the division’s net zero commitments. Eugenia partners with bankers to engage clients on conversations to incorporate sustainable investing strategies into their portfolios. She also actively drives industry thought leadership and is a member of the Bank’s global Sustainable Finance Governance Committee.

She has over 14 years of experience in sustainable development from sustainable investing to corporate social responsibility and experimenting with building a social enterprise to support livelihoods in Cambodia.

Prior to joining the Bank, Eugenia worked in the COO team at Barclays, where she had her initial foray into impact investing. There, she was tasked with evaluating and exploring the implementation of an impact investing platform for Barclays in Asia.

She started her career at Weber Shandwick, and worked on a number of award-winning public relations campaigns spanning thought leadership to corporate social responsibility.

She is author of “Dawn Kwan. Art Awakening”, a chronicle of child prodigy Dawn Kwan’s journey as a child artist, which is available in all National Libraries in Singapore.

Janet Shum is a Sustainable Investing Specialist for the Asia Pacific region. In this role, she manages Citi Wealth’s sustainable investing platform as it relates to client engagement, thought leadership and sustainability due diligence. She works in partnership with Citi’s investment divisions to help ensure that the integration of sustainability objectives aligns with Citi’s best thinking on portfolio management, research and asset allocation.

Janet has over seven years of consulting experience in managing numerous international advisory, business development, research and engagement projects relating to sustainability, sustainable and impact investing as well as strategic philanthropy. Janet was a Manager at KPMG, Sustainable Services in Singapore. She also worked as a consultant with Yunus Social Business, a social business fund and various non-profit organizations in Hong Kong involved in social impact.

Prior to consulting, Janet worked at Merrill Lynch Private Wealth Management and HSBC Personal Financial Services in Hong Kong, where she served ultra-high-net-worth clients and retail clients in the Greater China region, respectively. 

Janet holds a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD, as well as a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in Human Sciences from the University of Oxford. She also holds the Certificate in Sustainable Finance from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership along with CFA Certificates in ESG Investing and Impact Investing.

Vy is a seasoned strategy execution specialist with almost two decades of experience in shaping and operationalizing business strategies across various industries, including banking, superannuation, investments, funds management, and insurance. She has worked extensively across the Asia Pacific region, making her an expert in the field.

Currently serving as the Digital Platform Product Owner at Zurich Insurance for the APAC region, Vy is responsible for delivering and maximizing the value of the Zurich Edge platforms and propositions for some of the most significant retail partnerships in the region. Her role has allowed her to hone her skills in creating human-centered experiences and working with deep-thinking, fast-moving, mission-driven teams.

Aside from her corporate career, Vy is also a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion. She currently sits on the board of directors for three not-for-profit organizations, including UN Women Australia. Her involvement in theseorganizations has allowed her to take on a leadership role in promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Vy holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland and has also completed Governance Fundamentals for Not-for-Profit organizations from the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Silvio Struebi heads Simon-Kucher’s banking practice in APAC. He has over 17 years of consulting experience in providing growth strategy, pricing, and sales strategy advice to various national and international Wealth and Asset Managers, Retail and Corporate Banks, and leading FinTechs, Neobanks and Payments companies. Silvio advises clients on a broad range of commercial transformation strategies and product management as well as assisting in market-specific implementation of growth and sales strategies. Recently, he has been focusing on post-merger integration and the implementation of pricing software to increase revenues and to respond to regulatory developments in key markets in Asia.

Fenggang is the CISO of MariBank, where he oversees technology/cyber risks, IT compliance, data governance and data privacy functions. Fenggang has extensive experience in software engineering, IT audit, IT governance and cyber security. He was involved in the establishment of one approved exchange, one clearing house and one digital bank in Singapore. 

Athreya is a Financial Services Partner at the consulting practice of Forvis Mazars in Singapore. He specialises in supporting financial institutions navigate the complex and evolving regulatory requirements for enterprise risk management, internal audit, corporate governance, compliance, and licensing.

With over 17 years of experience in the banking and financial services, Athreya has led global and regional initiatives at/for various international FIs across Singapore, Malaysia, the U.S., and India, in the business-critical areas of prudential risk, financial crime compliance, tax reporting, and ESG.

Frankie is an award-winning Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) in the Financial & IT Industry with two decades experience. He has been featured on Nasdaq Tower of New York Times Square as 2024 “Global CISO 100” award winner and has also been featured on cover page of Enterprise Security Magazine (2022 APAC special edition).

Based in Singapore, currently he is heading the regional Information Security in one of global largest Asset Managers in Financial Industry covering 9 countries/markets. Prior to this, he was the head of cyber & technology risk at UBS covering Singapore and ANZ markets. He has also been working in Citibank, Microsoft and HP before.

He is a frequent keynote speaker about cybersecurity & emerging technology in industry forums like The Asian Banker (TAB), Asia Risk, Economic Times (ET), International Data Corporation (IDC), etc. In 2024, he has also been invited by Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras to deliver keynote speech in their annal tech festival in Chennai India.  He is also a digital transformation and innovation catalyst with patent about next generation wireless networking filed as USA patent office as sole inventor.

He is a winner of industry Leadership Awards including Global CISO 100, Global Top 100 leaders in Information Security , CSO30 ASEAN, CIO 100 ASEAN, Asia 200 Digital Leaders, Economic Times CIO SEA’s Transformative CIO, World CIO 200 Singapore Edition award etc.

Sourabh has over two decades of experience working in India, Germany and Singapore. He currently heads Technology Strategy & Operations for Liberty Mutual in Asia where has been working for last 5 years. Prior to joining Liberty, he has held leadership roles at Allianz where he spent 12 years across India, Germany and Singapore. Prior to that, he has worked in manufacturing and services industries. 

Sourabh is a business focused Technology management professional with solid hands-on exposure to Strategy, Management, Delivery Engineering, Transformation ad Post Merger Integration along with strong exposure to Operations, Service Delivery and Organizational Change Management including offshoring & restructuring. He has a strong exposure to working with culturally diverse teams across the Globe and is an avid learner. 

Sourabh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Engineering and an Executive  MBA from Singapore Management University where he spent time at Wharton Business School, ISB Hyderabad and Guanghua School of Management. He holds several industry certifications like ITIL Expert, AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials, General Insurance & Health Insurance Certifications from Singapore College of Insurance and INSEAD's Strategy in a World of Digital Disruption.
