AXA Singapore, Naluri roll out digital health coaching platform

It is focused on the client's mental well-being.

AXA Insurance Singapore has partnered with digital therapeutics firm Naluri for a digital health coaching programme with focus on mental well-being for its clients, a press release revealed.

The insurer claims to be the first in Singapore to partner with a provider for a mental wellness solution.

The programme offers a personalised and structured multidisciplinary behavioural and psychological coaching that can be accessed through the Naluri mobile app and combines behaviour science, data science, and digital design to help users achieve a healthy lifestyle and improve mental health.

AXA is rolling out the programme in phases, starting with a pilot launched to employees in March and to financial consultants in May. It will be subsequently available to insured members of its corporate clients in H2 this year.

Participants will also enjoy exclusive access to Naluri Lite, a specially-designed solution for AXA which includes features such as behavioural change tools, information and tips, and the option to sign-up for personalised coaching via chat with a psychologist, dietitians, and fitness coaches, amongst others.
