The Plan offers three benefit levels: Standard, Advance and Deluxe, and each level can further upgrade to a “Plus” plan with Push the Limit Benefit. Other unique plan features include 270 days of hospitalisation coverage, cashless treatment at appointed specialists and service providers, child discount, no claim renewal discount and health coaching services.
The Bupa MyFlexi Plan also provides enhanced protection through the Push the Limit Benefit choice, which offers both ‘Full Cover Benefit’ and ‘Supplementary Major Medical Benefit’ top-ups.
Under ‘Full Cover Benefit’, all eligible expenses incurred at Bupa’s appointed hospitals, specialist clinics and service providers will be fully reimbursed up to the benefit limit of HK$1m per policy year. Furthermore, after exceeding the item limits in basic benefits and Full Cover Benefit, 80% of the excess would still be covered by the ‘Supplementary Major Medical Benefit’, subject to a 20% coinsurance, significantly reducing out-of-pocket expenses, with higher coverage up to HK$600,000. The 2-level Push the Limit Benefit top-ups can provide protection of up to HK$1.6m to customers.
