Manulife Singapore pilots health tracker

The MOVE Health Score has a scoring method for gauging fitness.

Manulife Singapore has rolled out a new function on its ManulifeMOVE fitness programme that will help clients monitor their health, according to a news release.

Backed by Swiss tech firm dacadoo, the MOVE Health Score provides clients with a scoring method that helps clients stay healthy through six onboarding questions related to body composition, nutrition, exercise, sleep habits and stress levels.

Users will then get a calculated number from 0 (low) to 1,000 (excellent) to gauge their well-being.

The MOVE Health Score changes in real-time depending on the client’s physical state, emotional well-being, and lifestyle. When tracked consistently, the score offers an indicator of how their health is evolving.

MOVE Health Score is now available for policyholders via the App Store and Google Play.
