AIA Singapore appoints new AIA Financial Advisers CEO

He has over 23 years of experience in all areas of distribution and strategy.

AIA Singapore has appointed Damien Tan as the new CEO of AIA Financial Advisers (AIA FA), effective 1 September.

He will succeed Delon Choo, who is set to lead as chief agency officer of AIA Singapore.

Tan reportedly has over 23 years of experience in all areas of distribution and strategy. In his new role, he will be responsible for managing the continued development and growth of AIA FA.
 
Tan first joined AIA Singapore in 1996 where he spent more than a decade and took on the function as Head of Agency Management Support of AIA Singapore in 2010. He had since held several senior leadership positions across the distribution function, responsible for business development, operations, strategy and impact. Most recently, Damien was head of tied distribution strategy for AIA Singapore.
