AIA Singapore hosts virtual activities on World Mental Health Day

Live 10.10 with Vitality is composed of 10 virtual activities promoting self-care.

AIA Singapore will be hosting 10 virtual activities that promote self-care on 10 October, World Mental Health Day.

Called Live 10.10 with Vitality, the day will be an energetic mix of activities lined up all day long "that will help you, your family, and friends to Move, Unwind, and Flourish with Vitality."

Activities include a virtual run taking place from 4 to 24 October where participants get to clock their runs around their neighbourhood and participate with family and friends in enjoying new running experiences which will have them complete eight missions around Singapore.

There will also be dance sessions, yoga classes, cooking lessons and more, all done virtually.

All sessions are free for everyone to participate in.
