Allianz Global C&S, P&C unify under ‘Allianz Commercial’

Allianz Commercial will have 11 regions, bringing together the existing six regional units.

Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS) and the commercial insurance business of local Allianz Property & Casualty (P&C) entities will now operate under the name "Allianz Commercial."

This unified business will offer insurance solutions for mid-sized businesses, large enterprises, and specialist risks.

Under the new structure, Allianz Commercial will have 11 regions, bringing together the existing six regional units of AGCS with Allianz's national Commercial businesses.

Each region will be led by a commercial managing director, providing customers and distribution partners with a consistent trading approach and a wider range of solutions.

The regions are designed to consider market characteristics, broker and distribution practices,

AGCS and Allianz's commercial businesses in countries like Australia, France, Germany, and the UK have officially adopted the new trading name, while other countries will transition to this integrated model in the coming months and geographic proximity.
