Allianz Insurance Lanka welcomes new CEO

Prashant Grover has over twenty years of experience in the financial services sector.

Allianz Insurance Lanka appointed Prashant Grover as its new chief executive officer and country manager, announced the insurer in a LinkedIn post. 

In this role, Grover will oversee both Allianz Insurance Lanka and Allianz Life Insurance Lanka, while also serving as the Principal Officer of the former.

Grover brings over twenty years of extensive experience in the financial services and Insurance sectors, having worked across diverse markets globally.

He began his journey with Allianz in 2007 and has held key positions in various operating entities and countries across Asia and Europe. 

Grover has played pivotal roles in leading transformation initiatives for Allianz's commercial and retail businesses in Asia Pacific and Thailand, as well as overseeing the entry of the Allianz brand into the Vietnamese market.
