Allianz Singapore's claims bot hits milestone with 100 monthly claims

The claims bot, Allison, was launched in July 2023.

Allianz Insurance Singapore’s Allison – claims bot – has processed an average of 100 claims per month since its inception in July last year.

Developed in collaboration with Pand.ai, Allison leverages Artificial Intelligence (AI) and robotic process automation (RPA) to simplify and expedite the claims filing process.

Featuring an integrated online-to-offline ecosystem, Allison connects with authorized workshops, facilitating communication and workflows to ensure a smooth claims experience for both customers and workshops.
