Aon makes appointments for regional and country heads

Tim Dwyer and Darren T. Oliver will be based in Singapore and Manila, respectively.

Aon has appointed Tim Dwyer as the Head of Human Capital for Asia Pacific, and  Darren T. Oliver as the Head of the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Dwyer will oversee integrated Health, Wealth, and Talent solutions. Dwyer who also currently serves as the Head of Health Solutions for Asia Pacific, will expand his role to promote collaboration across the region, advance the Aon United strategy, and deliver comprehensive people-related solutions. He will continue to be based in Singapore.

Oliver, who is currently serving as the Head of Aon Philippines, will expand his role to lead this new sub-region, aligning with the clients and industries served by Aon. Based in Manila, 

Oliver will collaborate closely with Quyen Nguyen, Head of Vietnam, and William Pembroke, Head of Aon Thailand, to capitalise on synergies and strengths, furthering the Aon United strategy and focusing on positive outcomes for clients and colleagues. 

He will also report to Anne Corona, Chief Executive Officer of Aon for Asia Pacific, and will join the Aon Asia Pacific Executive Committee.
