AXA Hong Kong, Macau adds features to digital medical service

Eligible members of AXA Employee Benefits policies can access new features.

AXA Hong Kong and Macau introduced the enhanced "Dr@Live" medical service, offering a seamless health management experience to customers. 

Eligible members of AXA Employee Benefits policies can now access new features, including teleconsultation services with traditional Chinese medicine practitioners and psychiatrists. 

Customers can join through an eQueue or making eAppointments for in-person or virtual consultations, with appointment reminders to keep them on track. 

The upgraded "ePrescription" feature includes free medicine home delivery on the same day of consultation.

AXA said this upgrade of "Dr@Live" strengthens its health and wellness ecosystem for Employee Benefits, providing efficient digital tools, robust medical networks, and high-quality physical services through "AXA Medical Centre."

With the integration of "Dr@Live" into the "Emma by AXA" platform, all AXA policyholders can now benefit from a comprehensive digital health management experience. 

"Emma by AXA" serves as a digitalised platform that enhances accessibility and simplifies the overall health management process for AXA policyholders.
