bolttech boosts international collaboration with telecoms

This collaboration aims to provide device insurance for European mobile operators.

bolttech has announced a preferred partnership with French entrepreneur Xavier Niel's NJJ telecom Group (NJJ). This collaboration aims to provide device insurance for European mobile operators within NJJ's portfolio.

Salt and Monaco Telecom, two telecom companies dedicated to offering sustainable and secure device insurance solutions to their customers, are part of this partnership.

Salt currently serves over 1.5 million postpaid mobile customers in Switzerland, boasting a 99.9% population coverage, while Monaco Telecom has over 800,000 registered mobile customers.

Under this partnership, bolttech will serve as the preferred device protection partner for NJJ's telecom group, enabling them to seamlessly integrate relevant coverage into the existing customer experience of the mobile operators.

This deepens their prior collaborations with local mobile operators like Salt in Switzerland, where they have provided fast and efficient device protection services, including next-day device replacement and one-hour walk-in device repair.
