Chubb Head of Property Asia role lands on Adrian Habils

He will be responsible for Chubb’s property portfolio in Asia.

Chubb has promoted Adrian Habils to the position of Head of Property, Asia, for its general insurance business.

Currently serving as Deputy Property Manager for Chubb in Australia & New Zealand, Habils brings over 20 years of experience in property insurance.

In his new role, starting from 1 October, Habils will be accountable for the financial performance of Chubb's property portfolio in the Asia region.

He will report to Paul McNamee, Regional President of Asia Pacific, on an interim basis and will be stationed at the Singapore Regional Office.

Habils' career with Chubb began in 2008 as a Property Underwriting Manager in Adelaide, Australia, under the company's predecessor.

Throughout his tenure, he has held various property underwriting and management positions in Australia.

As the Head of Property in Asia, Habils will be instrumental in driving underwriting, sales, and servicing standards across the property portfolio in the region.
