Chubb synergises with three other Korean firms: Report

Chubb's general insurance subsidiary announced it will rename its brand.

Under the Lina brand, US-insurer Chubb is grouping with three of its Korean affiliates, reported the Korea Herald.

Ace American Fire and Marine Insurance Company Korea, Chubb's general insurance subsidiary, announced it will rename its brand from Ace General Insurance to Lina General Insurance starting Saturday.

This change aligns it with Chubb Korea's other affiliates, Lina Life Insurance and Lina One.

Ace General Insurance has struggled to expand in South Korea, where four major insurers—Samsung, Hyundai, KB, and DB—control 70% of the market.
