FWD Names Salvilla chief health officer of new unit

Dr. Salvilla joined FWD back in March 2021.

FWD Group has appointed Dr. Sarah Salvilla as group chief health officer to lead the newly established health business unit, FWD HealthyMe. 

This unit aims to be a lifelong health partner for customers across Asia, offering diagnostic services and comprehensive accident and health insurance by leveraging health technology and research.

Dr. Salvilla, who joined FWD in March 2021, emphasised the opportunity for FWD to proactively support customers' health needs through advancements in technology and health awareness.

She expressed excitement about leading FWD HealthyMe and making a positive impact across FWD's 10 markets in Asia.

FWD HealthyMe will serve as the health insurance partner at the upcoming Asia Summit on Global Health in Hong Kong. This event aims to facilitate collaboration among policymakers, healthcare experts, academia, business leaders, and industry players to exchange insights and explore opportunities in the healthcare sector.
