Gallagher's revenue surges 20% in Q4’23

A total of 50 acquisitions happened for the year, higher than the 36 in 2022.

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. saw its fourth quarter revenues before reimbursements climb 19.9% year-on-year (YoY) to $2.39b, previously $2b.

Likewise, earnings for the period accumulated $490.7m, up 25.2% YoY. Whilst EBITDAC stood at $718.4m, an increase of 22% YoY.

For the year, total revenues jumped 18.7% YoY to $9.94b. Likewise, earnings also climbed 19% to $2.22b.

Total organic commissions, fees, supplemental revenues and contingent revenues were recorded at $1.76b, making 2023 accumulate $7.75b total.

The company saw a total of 50 acquisitions, higher than the 36 in 2022. Estimated revenues from the acquisitions reached $826m, four times larger than the previous year.
