Generali Malaysia unveils new model branch for customer-centricity

Generali Malaysia has introduced its first model branch, designed to provide an integrated insurance experience for customers, offering a range of General and Life Insurance services all under one roof.
This includes medical and health insurance, savings and life protection, motor and home insurance, travel and personal accident coverage, as well as business and commercial insurance.
Located at Pusat Komersial Saujana, Seremban 2 Heights, the new branch is said to have been designed to offer a more experiential and customer-focused environment, incorporating both physical and digital advisory solutions. It features a contemporary design with a focus on functionality, inclusiveness, and technology.

The Seremban branch includes a customer service area on the ground floor, featuring private discussion rooms for more personalised interactions. Customers can visit for in-person services or have private discussions with their dedicated servicing officer.
The open-concept design also promotes collaboration among Generali's employees and agents.
Generali stated its commitment to advancing its omnichannel strategy to serve customers through its preferred means, whether through its servicing agent, a physical branch, or digital platforms.
The company plans to transform its branches nationwide into multi-functional spaces that foster stronger engagement and lasting relationships with customers while continuing to invest in digital touchpoints for easy accessibility and convenience.
