Great Eastern has teamed up with Intellect, a research-backed mental health platform for workforces across Asia, to provide a 24/7 distress helpline.

This helpline is managed by experienced responders who will provide immediate, real-time, and professional support to address mental health issues, setting it apart from conventional platforms that often involve barriers to accessing professional help.

The insurer also said it guarantees that employees receive personalised guidance from their initial contact onwards, eliminating delays and intermediaries.
