HDI Global deploys generative AI for legal, content, and claims analysis

The AI solution is aimed at supporting the company’s staff for process augmentation.

HDI Global introduced a proprietary generative artificial intelligence (AI) solution called HDI-GPT to gain real-time insights from unstructured data in text or image form as a support tool for its staff.

The company said in a press statement the solution has various applications, from interpreting legal contract terms and conditions to summarising extensive content and assessing insurance claims in real time.

HDI Global aims to explore and realise the full potential of generative AI through its transformation strategy, focusing on augmentation rather than automation.

The company emphasises the importance of the "human in the loop" and has implemented a program to ensure the sustainable technological maturity of its workforce.

Training is a key component of HDI Global's strategy to equip employees with the necessary skills for the responsible use of generative AI.
