Hong Kong IA reopens offices to the public

Services will be limited to the those who made prior appointments.

The Hong Kong Insurance Authority is opening its doors again to the public starting 4 April.

However, to minimise social contact and the risk of virus infection, public services will be only made available to those who made prior appointments to the IA.

Business hours and hotline numbers can be viewed on the IA’s website. The IA will continue to monitor the situation and make announcements on its website.
