Howden Re appoints new client strategy chariman

David Hearn has over 42 years of experience in the industry.

Howden Re, the reinsurance and risk advisory arm of Howden, has appointed David Hearn as Chairman of Global Clients Strategy.

Hearn, a reinsurance veteran with over 42 years of experience, joins from Guy Carpenter where he served as Executive Vice President, part of the firm's global account advisory group.

He also held a similar role at Willis Re from 1994 to 2015.

Hearn's addition aligns with Howden Re’s strategic goal to build industry-leading expertise. In his new role, he will support leadership and client service teams, advising large, multi-product insurance companies with international presence and complex coverage needs.
