Igloo introduces nat cat and fire cover for indoor assets in Vietnam

The regional insurtech player has partnered with Shopee and Bao Viet for the launch.

Singapore-based regional insurtech player Igloo, in partnership with Shopee, has launched Home Content Insurance in Vietnam against unexpected events such as natural disasters and fire.

Besides protection of indoor assets against natural calamities,  the Home Content Insurance also has rent insurance which covers loss of rent and additional expenses incurred as a result of an insured event.

The product is currently available on Shopeestarting at a premium of VND83.99 ($3.5) for one year and up to  VND100m ($4.2k) sum insured.
