Manulife Investment, Indonesia partner for infra development

A growing demand for logistics properties is seen due to Indonesia's e-commerce market growing rapidly.

Manulife Investment Management and the Indonesia Investment Authority (INA) have formed a strategic partnership to develop infrastructure in Indonesia and explore investment opportunities in real estate and natural capital. 

The partnership aims to invest proprietary capital and raise capital from third-party investors, both domestic and international, with a focus on logistics assets in Indonesia.

The partners will explore joint investments through a fund structure. Indonesia's e-commerce market is growing rapidly, creating demand for logistics properties.
