Manulife SG elevates pro recognition programme

Manulife Singapore has made changes to its Manulife Pro programme, which offers additional support in personal branding, capability development, and lead generation to its financial consultants.
New additions to the programme are:
- Personal branding tools through an upgraded CRM platform for customer outreach.
- Priority access to specialized support for High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients.
- Exclusive learning and development opportunities, including workshops and certifications.
Launched in May 2023, the programme features three tiers - Gold, Diamond, and Platinum - providing financial consultants with exclusive resources and tools to deliver superior customer service.
Since its inception, the programme has seen a participation increase of over 30% compared to last year. Notably, Manulife Pro has achieved a 67% retention rate of repeat qualifiers and 20% of consultants have advanced to higher tiers, demonstrating the programme’s success.
