Pru Life UK launches 4-in-1 critical illness cover in the Philippines
Four family members can share one critical illness policy.
Pru Life UK has launched PRUHealth FamLove in the Philippines, a protection plan that shares the critical illness coverage to up to four family members in one policy.
The plan is available for all families in the Philippines, including same-sex or common-law partners, parents, and adoptive children.
PRUHealth FamLove is a yearly renewable protection plan that provides long-term coverage until age 85 (applicable when the premium is continuously paid), against high treatment and hospitalization costs due to critical illness.
The main insured under the plan can avail of benefits such as death benefits, critical illness benefits, moderate critical illness benefits, and severe critical illness benefits.
Extended benefits for other life insured are family extension benefit (FEB), moderate critical illness benefit, and severe critical illness benefit. Policyholders can get at least $9,580 (P500k) insured.
“This innovation is a solid testament to our continuing commitment to promote financial inclusion by providing protection coverage to millions of underserved and unserved Filipinos to get the most out of life,” Pru Life UK Philippines President and CEO Eng Teng Wong said.
