Prudential expands medical network with UFH in Greater Bay Area

Prudential will directly settle pre-approved medical expenses with UFH upon completion of treatment.

Prudential Hong Kong has partnered with Shenzhen New Frontier United Family Hospital (UFH) to simplify and expedite the Medical Expenses Direct Billing Service for eligible customers seeking medical treatment at UFH.

According to the press release, this marks the first direct collaboration between an insurer in Hong Kong and UFH, aiming to enhance healthcare accessibility amid rising demand for cross-border medical services.

The partnership addresses the increasing travel between Hong Kong and the Chinese Mainland by expanding Prudential's medical network in the Greater Bay Area.
