Thai insurance marketplace Rabbit Care completes Series C funding round

The round was led by investment fund Winter Capital.

Thailand-based online insurance marketplace Rabbit Care has completed its Series C funding round for an undisclosed amount.

The funding round was led by investment fund Winter Capital, with participation from Rabbit Care parent company VGI PCL.

In its last announcement in March 2021, Rabbit Care said it has a total capital of $23.08m (TH฿850m) since its inception. The firm also aims to distribute $81m (TH฿3b) premiums on its insurance marketplace by the end of 2022.

Founded in 2013, the company was first named Rabbit Finance before its rebranding in October 2021 to Rabbit Care. The company is a marketplace for insurance products such as motor, health, life, travel, and corporate insurance. It also offers loans, savings, and credit cards.
