Tokio Marine Kiln tags Cindy Gunawan as Special Risks Underwriter APAC

Gunawan had previously worked at TMK in a similar capacity from 2016 to 2020.

Tokio Marine Kiln (TMK) has named Cindy Gunawan as the special risks underwriter.

She will be headquartered in Singapore.

Gunawan will assume her new role on 14 August and will report to Jamie Tang, the regional underwriting director for Asia Pacific.

With her extensive background in both broking and underwriting, Gunawan will be focusing on developing TMK's political risk and trade credit, as well as political violence and terrorism portfolios across Asia, the Middle East, Australia, and New Zealand.

Notably, she had previously worked at TMK in a similar capacity from 2016 to 2020.

Gunawan comes to TMK from Marsh, where she held the position of vice president, handling Political Risks and Structured Credit.
