Peak Re names Stephen Roder as independent non-executive director

He also becomes a member of various board committees effective 2 May 2018.

Peak Reinsurance Company Limited announces the appointment of Stephen Roder as an independent non-executive director and member of various board committees effective 2 May 2018.

Roder was one of the co-founders of Peak Reinsurance Company Limited and has substantial experience in strategy, regulatory matters, finance, capital markets and transactions with a focus on financial services sector.

He has over 20 years of experience in dealing with global companies and in-depth working experience across Asia markets under his name. He also held several senior positions at Manulife, AIA, and KPMG in the past.

The appointment follows the resignation of Gong Zhiqi as an independent non-executive director and member of various board committees on 1 May 2018.
