With over 20 years’ experience as a conduit between people and technology, she has mastered the art of communication and influence. Previously, she led a successful cybersecurity education and awareness program that changed behaviour and culture, aimed at helping users make better cybersecurity decisions.

Dr. James Tan is a Technology & Transformation Executive Director at Deloitte Southeast Asia with more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Deloitte, Tan held various senior leadership positions within the insurance and banking sectors across Asia, Europe and the United States. He was also an approved person by regulators in six jurisdictions.

Kenneth Koh
Kenneth is an experienced management executive with more than 20 years of experience in marketing and distribution management, having worked for global insurance institutions, with focus on marketing/ business transformation and effectiveness in area of marketing and customer relationship management.
With SAS, Kenneth has supported transformation activities of FSI clients to become more customer centric using a hybrid of technology and business advisory work. At SAS, he provides business advisory support to help customers develop their business strategies using data driven analytics in CRM, distribution management and operational efficiency, and drives projects involving customer analytics, operational improvements, data management, campaign management and digital transformation.
Kenneth provides a expertise in database marketing, customer analytics, customer experience design/management and business advisory. As an insurance subject matter expert, Kenneth has played a pivotal role in providing technology guidance to insurers on the end to end capabilities for IFRS 17 compliance.
Kenneth holds a post graduate degree (Master of Science) in Marketing & Consumer Insight from the Nanyang Technological University Business School of Singapore.
